For appointments on Saturdays, we recommend scheduling at least two/three weeks in advance.

IMPORTANT UPDATE : To all the wonderful customers and brides… great news has arrived!🎉🎊🎉🎊
We are now accepting new appointments for bridal! Please fill in & send in your appointment request above. Please note, while we are able to resume business we are under specific directive by the Government and also personally wish to ensure that all of our customers, brides and staff are safe at all times upon our return.
Whilst we will be open there are new procedures and expectations to follow during our re-open and during your appointments.
COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES:
*Appointments will be run completely private meaning only the scheduled bride and her small group of 2-3 guests maximum will be allowed in. Please note, if you can limit your guests beyond that, it would be greatly appreciated. (the salon will be open/accessible only for booked appointments at this time)
*Temporarily, there are no walk ins permitted at this time so please remember to call (403.200.6999) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you wish to book an appointment for bridal wear, to shop veils and or accessories.
*If you are not feeling well, developing a cough, have shortness of breath or fever, have traveled outside of Canada in the last 14 days OR been exposed to someone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 14 days, please re schedule your appointment. Please note, anyone showcasing flu like symptoms must not attend any appointments. No exceptions.
*All brides and guests will be required to sign into the log book upon arrival.
*Hand sanitizing station will be available and all guests will be required and asked to hand sanitize prior to entering the salon.
*Respectfully & temporarily, bathrooms will be unavailable to ensure the safety of all.
(availability may be granted on an emergency basis only)
*Social distancing to the best of our ability will be practiced. There will be marked areas and marked seating areas for guests & customers to enjoy the bride during the appointment, whilst allowing the stylist to comfortably and safely accommodate to the bride and guests in the best way possible.
*To any customer, bride and staff we wish for you to be as comfortable as possible and although you are not required, you are welcomed and encouraged to wear a face mask and or gloves within the salon. 😷Please know that you may wear your protective gear freely for your comfort, your safety and others. One will not be judged in any way. All staff will be equipped with the necessary safety wear.
*Temporarily there is no viewing of and or handling the gallery of bridal gowns by customers or guests. No handling of veils and or accessories by customers or guests.
*Temporarily, there is no photography/ photos to be taken.
*Any additional information will be presented to you via appointment confirmations and upon & during your appointments.

We loved receiving your kind words, thank you cards and updates on Weddings. 😘 (don’t worry babes…for those of you who had to pivot wedding dates, they’re going to happen!! And it will be amazing!!!)
As it ALWAYS brings us so much joy to hear from you all, the love sent over these last few months and the beautiful conversations shared, via email, phone or during pick ups has been especially heartfelt!!💗

~ Covid-19 Message ~
To all of our wonderful brides and customers;
rococo BRIDES wishes to express our deepest thoughts, prayers and hopes to everyone around the world and here within our beautiful city who are being affected daily by the Covid-19 virus.
Please note that we have put a few new policies into place to help with the safety and health of all of our staff, brides and customers. Many of these policies are internal, which have been implemented and all staff has been briefed.
The following are a few items you can all help out with…
– We kindly ask that you call into confirm your appointments.
If any bride has family or friends that have traveled internationally including the United States Of America over the past 3 weeks or are self quarantined or practicing social distancing and would like to be a part of the appointment… you may include them via Skype or Facetime.
– Please note, we will continue to reduce the number of available appointments daily that typically take place simultaneously in our salon and provide private appointments daily where ever possible…but we ask that you limit the amount of guests attending appointments whenever possible to a max of 3.
– Upon arrival into the salon, we kindly ask that all brides and guests use the hand sanitizer (when available)/ or wash hands with soap and water and sign in on our daily sign in log.
Please note, that we are updated daily on the corona virus and are following the recommendations and guidelines of the W.H.O., CDC, Health Canada, Alberta Health and the government.
Please know that we will remain open in helping brides find & receive (pick-up) their beautiful ordered gowns by practicing safe procedures… as long as possible, but do reserve the right to close early at anytime.
During this unprecedented time we are strictly open by appointment only.
We are optimistic and hopeful that we can all work together to help stop the spread of the Covid-19 virus.
